What’s the process from the time I call to the service date?
After you call and you have agreed to the estimate; a job is scheduled at a discussed time. One day before the clean; you get a reminder that the team will be there in a day. On the day of, you get a notification when the team is en route. Briefly; you are in the loop every step of the way through text/email notifications at each process.
What happens on the day of the job?
On the day of, a team of 2-3 cleaners come to your house with every material and supply needed. Occasionally, a supervisor might stop by to inspect the team’s work.
Do you use a checklist?
Yes, when you schedule a cleaning service you get a checklist that the team will also be using to make sure that every inch of the house is cleaned and the customer is satisfied before the team leaves for the day.
Can I trust the people who come to my house to clean?
All our employees are background-checked and well-trained.
How long does the cleaning take?
Depending on the size and state of the house; it can take 2-4 hours to clean your home.
Are you pet-friendly?
Yes.
How do I prepare for the cleaning?
Pick up clothes and any other items from the floor; clear dishes out of sinks and if possible take the pets out or put them in their crates/kennels during the time of cleaning. If you want beds changed, provide clean linens to change with.
Do I provide you with any cleaning products and tools?
We bring everything we need for the clean. If you have a special product you want us to use, please let us know and we will use that accordingly.
What kind of products do you use for cleaning?
We use 100% eco-friendly, non-toxic products safe for your family.
How much does a clean cost?
We aim to meet the unique needs of every customer, so our pricing is based on the size of your home and your specific cleaning preferences. For example, a one-time cleaning service for a 1,500-square-foot home costs approximately $189.80. Discounts are available for recurring services, with 5% off for monthly, 10% off for bi-weekly, and 15% off for weekly cleanings. For move-in or move-out cleaning, the cost is typically around $279.
How can I pay for the services?
Debit/credit cards are preferred but you also pay by bank transfer or cash.
What happens if I am not happy about the service?
We come back and clean where you are not satisfied free of charge.
Do you clean windows?
We clean window sills and the interior of windows that are accessible with a step stool.
Do you clean carpets?
We only vacuum rugs and carpets. We have vendors we can recommend if needed.
